The MISTER MATCHING® Community invited participants to the Kiel Fjord for its next business trip. This time, the event was held at the extremely charming Slow Down Bottsand in Marina Wendtorf. 

A group of entrepreneurs from various industries used the conference area—with its impressive view—for a wide-ranging meeting with strong connectivity. Representatives from HR, pharmaceuticals, psychology, change management, digitalization, marketing, AI, and brand activation exchanged ideas and developed new concepts.

Initiator Martin Müller brings people and markets together both nationally and internationally. The focus is on deepening existing relationships and forging new ones in an environment that offers participants a welcoming atmosphere, promotes relaxation, and fosters open dialogue. 

Zur nächsten Unternehmerreise ludt die MISTER MATCHING® Community an die Kieler Förde ein. Austragungsort war diesmal das äußerst charmante Slow Down Bottsand in der Marina Wendtorf. 

Eine Unternehmergruppe unterschiedlicher Branchen nutzte den Tagungsbereich mit imposantem Blick für ein breitbandiges Meeting mit hoher Konnektivität. Vertreter aus HR, Pharma, Phsychologie, Change Management, Digitalisierung, Marketing, KI und Brand Activation tauschten sich aus, entwickelten Ideen.


Initiator Martin Müller bringt national und international Menschen und Märkte zusammen. Dabei geht es um die Vertiefung bestehender, aber auch Gewinnung neuer Kontakte in einer Umgebung, die Teilnehmenden eine Atmosphäre bietet, Entspannung ermöglicht und Dialogen Raum öffnet.

The next expert dialog of the Business Regional Group Cologne took place in a special location, the Backyard Loft Cologne, which is an insider tip for business events.

The event was aimed at managing directors, board members, entrepreneurs and executives.

The moderation team of event professionals Ellen Kamrad and Martin Müller, alias MISTER MATCHING®, hosted an exclusive business networking event with entertaining contributions from three expert speakers.

Paiman Minavi spoke about a hot topic at the moment: “How your company remains a magnet for employees. Targeted measures for an employer brand that has a lasting effect”. As Managing Director of Migosens GmbH, Minavi and his 30-strong team assist clients with complex employer branding processes.

Mannus Weiß impressed the audience with his presentation “Data protection in concrete and practical terms for your company” The guests were offered a free check of their website for GDPR compliance with a vulnerability analysis and recommendations for action as a bonus.

“The path to the highest quality standards in companies - what managers can learn from the pharmaceutical industry” - is the title of Dr. Marcus Berger, owner of GXP Expert. As a freelance quality manager, Berger qualifies and audits his clients internationally.

As part of the MISTER MATCHING Regional formats, the event also impressed with its fine catering. Private chef Benjamin Hahn-Beutner served deliciously coordinated fine food and mingled with the event guests. Rheinhessen winemaker Thomas Adam stimulated the palate with his award-winning Riesling S-Class and an excellent Pinot Noir.

Mister Matching Martin Müller and his Mister Matching Community of the same name came together in Münsterland for the next member meeting - true to the motto: find online - connect offline

Tobit Town, the headquarters of one of Germany's digital pioneers, is based here in Ahaus. The Tobit company has become known for its David, Faxware and the software for corona test centers, which has proven itself millions of times over.

As part of the Tobit Pushcon, the Mister Matching Community members took part in the Festival of Minds and immersed themselves in the digitalization of the Tobit site. There were plenty of networking opportunities in the Tobit Lounge and in the wide-ranging lecture program.

Oliver Puls, owner of PULS.systems as IT and Tobit partner, and Harry Flint for BRAND ACTIVATION, two Mister Matching community members were also on stage to present the launch of the complete Mister Matching online platform based on the Tobit Chayns operating system. Based on the design by Danilo Roll, the MMC offering now includes a website, news portal, event calendar, directory of services and microsites for each member - even online stores for products and services are included.

Hier in Ahaus ist mit Tobit Town der Stammsitz eines der digitalen Pioniere Deutschlands ansässig. Das Unternehmen Tobit ist bekannt geworden durch die Lösungen David, Faxware und die millionenfach bewährte Software für Corona Testzentren.


Im Rahmen der Tobit Pushcon namen die Mister Matching Community Mitglieder am Festival of Minds teil und tauchten tief in die Digitalisierung des Tobit Standortes ein. Ausgeprägte Networking Optionen booten sich in der Tobit Lounge und im breitbandigen Vortragsprogramm.

TV personality Sascha Zöller spoke about the importance of brilliant product presentations for a company's success and aroused great interest in his cleverly deduced theories.

On a Smart City Tour through the digital city of Ahaus, the group was able to experience first-hand the extent to which practicable digitalization has found its way into everyday life. From bike and boat rental to unmanned restaurants and unmanned snack bars - everything is possible with Tobit Chayns.

The participants were amazed by Takeaway 24, where a kiosk with everyday products and snacks has its raison d'être in the middle of the city. Product selection via QR code and contactless payment within the Chayns app.

Impressed by the innovative ideas of the previous day, the Mister Matching community retired for a half-day workshop. Between the members' individual presentations, there was also time for a premiere, during which member Thomas Adam uncorked his Partenheimer Winzersekt.

The concluding impulse round on the extensive networking activities of the Mister Matching Community at the newly acquired digital trade fair stand was thus able to summarize clearly:

Der TV bekannte Sascha Zöller sprach über die Bedeutung brillanter Produktpräsentationen für den Unternehmenserfolg und erntete reges Interesse an seinen klug hergeleiteten Thesen.


Wie weit eine praktikable Digitalisierung im täglichen Leben Einzug gehalten hat, konnte die Gruppe auf einer Smart City Tour durch die digitale Stadt Ahaus live erleben. Von Fahrrad- und Bootsverleih über unbemannte Gastronomie bis zur bedienungslosen Imbissbude - alles ist möglch mit Tobit Chayns. 


Verblüfft waren die Teilnehmer vom Takeaway 24, wo ein Kiosk mit Produkten des täglichen Bedarfes und Snacks mitten in der Stadt seine Daseinsberechtigung hat. Produktauswahl über QR Code und Bezahlung erfolgen kontaktlos innerhalb der Chayns App. 


Geprägt von den innovativen Eindrücken des Vortages zog sich die Mister Matching Community zu einem halbtägigen Workshop zurück. Zwischen den individuellen Präsentationen der Mitglieder blieb auch Zeit für eine Premiere, bei der Mitglied Thomas Adam seinen Partenheimer Winzersekt entkorkte. 


So konnte die abschließende Impulsrunde zu den reichhaltigen Netzwerkaktiväten der Mister Matching Community am neu angeschafften digitalen Messestand eindeutig zusammenfassen:

They demonstrated the translation of an idea using implemented modules, accompanied by Danilo Roll (Sparo Werbung).

Martin Müller (Mister Matching) entrusted them with the entire service package, which was published over various stages with the members of the MMC.
